LOWER EAST SIDE — Police were looking for man suspected of stealing a laptop from Mercury Lounge on the Lower East Side, the NYPD said.
The theft occurred at the music venue, on East Houston Street between Essex and Ludlow streets, about 9:45 p.m. on Sept. 25, police said.
Surveillance footage released by police shows the suspect walking into a back room at Mercury Lounge and sifting through bags before leaving the room with a bag containing a laptop, police said.
