MANHATTAN — Police are looking for a man who held up an Upper East Side bank on Halloween.
The suspect, caught on surveillance video, walked into the Santander Bank on 3rd Avenue and 63rd Street at 12:03 p.m. and handed the teller a note demanding cash, authorities said.
The bank employee gave the man an undisclosed amount of money and fled, police said.
Nobody was injured during the robbery.
Surveillance photos released Tuesday show a young man with a thin black goatee wearing a black striped shirt, a black beanie, and a black backpack.
Anyone who recognizes the man or knows who he is should call NYPD's CrimeStoppers tip line at 1-800-577-8477.
