WEST VILLAGE — A tourist from Hong Kong lost thousands of dollars in high-end items when her $2,000 Chanel bag was stolen at popular Asian barbecue spot Fatty 'Cue last week, police said.

The 22-year-old woman left the black bag on a seat next to her at the 50 Carmine St. eatery about 1 a.m. Oct. 24, and when she looked over for it, she discovered that it was gone, police said.

Along with the pricey purse, the woman lost a $400 black Chanel wallet, a $300 Nikon camera, an iPhone 5 worth $700, an iPod worth $200, $400 in cash and her credit and debit cards, the NYPD said.

Staff at the restaurant said they cooperated with police in their investigation, but did not see the thief grab the bag. Officers were still investigating the case as of Wednesday.

Other notable crimes in this week's NYPD blotter for the 6th Precinct include:

► A Brooklyn man wandered away from his open locker at the New York Sports Club at 232 Mercer St. last Saturday only to find on his return that his Calvin Klein wallet, worth $50, had been taken, police said.

► A woman was drinking at the bar at 3 Sheets Saloon on Saturday night when she left her belongings to go to the bathroom. When she got back, her $50 wallet and $50 black leather jacket were missing, according to police.

► A woman left her $300 MCM bag with a male acquaintance at Down the Hatch on West 4th Street early Sunday morning, police said. When she got back, her acquaintance had wandered off and the bag was gone. Police said the acquaintance is not a suspect in the case.
