BROOKLYN — Two men were sitting in a car outside the Kingsborough Houses Tuesday when someone fired on them, killing one man and injuring the other, police said.
Rashan Hall, 40, and a 19-year-old man were shot about 6:35 p.m. near Ralph Avenue and Pacific Street, according to the NYPD.
Hall, who was shot in the head, was rushed with the other man to Kings County Hospital, police said.
Hall died Wednesday, police said.
The other man, whose identity was not released, was shot in the leg and was in stable condition, police said.
The shooter had not been arrested as of Friday morning, an NYPD spokesman said.
