'Broadway Bites' Bringing Food Vendors to Herald Square

 Red Hook Lobster Pound, Bantam Bagels, Bar Suzette and a rotating roster of other popular food vendors will be setting-up shop in Herald Square Oct. 28, 2013, for the debut of "Broadway Bites," a new "pop-up culinary market," said UrbanSpace, which has organized similar markets in Madison Square Park, Union Square and Columbus Circle.

MIDTOWN — Some of the city's best eats can be found on Broadway later this month.

Red Hook Lobster Pound, Bantam Bagels, Roberta'sBar Suzette and a roster of other popular food vendors will be setting up shop in Herald Square next week for the debut of "Broadway Bites," a new "pop-up culinary market," its organizer said.

The food market is the brainchild of UrbanSpace, which has organized similar markets in Madison Square Park, Union Square and Columbus Circle.

The market, which UrbanSpace is hosting with the 34th Street Partnership, will be open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. starting Monday, Oct. 28. It ends its run on Sunday, Nov. 24.

Other vendors at "Broadway Bites" include Slide, Two Tablespoons, The Poffertjes Man, Chiliville and SoBar.
