CLINTON HILL — The Clinton Hill real estate market has gone wild.

An Italianate brownstone on Cambridge Place between Gates Avenue and Fulton Street recently sold for almost $1 million more than the asking price after just one open house and nine subsequent offers, as Curbed first reported.

The landmarked home at 105 Cambridge Place sold for $3.1 million.

The townhouse boasts more than 3,600 square feet sprawled over four stories and a cellar. The top floor serves as an independent rental. The home's backyard is part of the Clinton Hill Garden Tours hosted by Brownstone Brooklyn Garden District.

Built in 1873 by Thomas Lambert, the townhouse sits on a block real estate agents recently dubbed Millionares' Row.

“It’s the $2 million block,” broker Jerry Minsky told the Local in 2012. “I made $4 million worth of sales in three months here.”

And the sales continue.

Another home on the block, at 86 Cambridge Place, is currently for sale for $3.295 million.
