MANHATTAN — A bullet grazed a man's face during a shooting on a Lower East Side street Friday morning, cops said.

The 31-year-old man was shot near 103 Clinton St. about 4:30 a.m., NYPD and FDNY spokeswomen said.

He was taken to Bellevue Hospital, cops said.

The circumstances of the shooting were not immediately clear.
