NEW YORK CITY — Summer is winding down and that means an end to the glut of outdoor shows. But we still have some big ones left! You can get all the info below, and here's your Spotify playlist, so can listen to the bands as you read about them.

Wednesday, Aug. 28

Mac DeMarco's languid singing style and dreamy indie pop is perfect for a late summer outdoor concert. He'll perform in the East River Amphitheater.

The biggest show of the night, however, comes from English folk rock superstars Mumford & Sons, playing at the long derelict Forest Hills Stadium in Queens, where the likes of the Beatles and the Who once performed.

It's already sold-out, but for those willing to shell out a few bucks, there were still tickets available on StubHub starting at around $170 the last time we checked.

Thursday, Aug. 29

India.Arie released her first album in four years this summer. Infused with her trademark sounds of retro soul and R&B, the news songs are sure to please longtime fans and anyone who sees her at the Howard Gilman Opera House at the Brooklyn Academy of Music.

Also playing: Prolific California garage rock revivalist Ty Segall released a mainly acoustic album "Sleeper" this August. He's at the Music Hall of Williamsburg.

Friday, Aug. 30

Early morning gig: New York native Alicia Keys is already legendary at age 32, with her song "Streets of New York" becoming one of the greatest homages to the city since Frank Sinatra's. Keys is playing a free concert at the Rumsey Playfield for Good Morning America's Summer Concert Series. You're encouraged to get there at 6 a.m. when the park opens to get a spot. The concert will take place during the GMA show broadcast, between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m.

Also playing: Natasha Khan's sultry, haunted singing and complex musical arrangements makes her work in Bat for Lashes emotionally resonant and full of sonic surprises.  She's at Webster Hall with Barbarian.

Saturday, Aug. 31

The annual EDM festival Electric Zoo is taking place on Randall's Island this Labor Day weekend. Performers include Tiesto, Steve Aoki and David Guetta. Here's the full schedule of who's playing where Friday through Sunday.

The Brooklyn-based indie label Captured Tracks is celebrating its fifth anniversary with a series of shows at The Wick. DIIV and Mac DeMarco play on Saturday.

Sunday, Sept. 1

Captured Tracks Sunday show at The Wick includes Wild Nothing and Beach Fossils.

The Caribbean Fever Music Festival is at the Barclays Center starting Friday. Sunday's lineup includes Damian Marley, Shabba Ranks and I-Octane.

Monday, Sept. 2

Snarky Puppy is a Jazz-funk instrumental band from Texas. The band features a rotating cast of about 30 members. They will be sure to get you moving at Brooklyn Bowl's large dance space.

Tuesday, Sept. 3

Haim is three Los Angeles sisters who combine disparate influences like Stevie Nicks and early '90s R&B. Their first full-length album "Days Are Gone" is set to drop in September. The first single off the LP, "The Wire," features some foot-stomping glam rock guitar and drums. See them at Webster Hall before they start headlining larger venues.
