CARNEGIE HILL — Holy crepe!

Parvez Eliaas, who opened Bonjour Crepes & Wine in Yorkville this spring, is already launching a second Upper East Side location — and he has plans for even more creperies in the neighborhood.

Eliaas will open his second crepe eatery in the storefront formerly occupied by London Candy Company, located on Lexington Avenue and East 94th Street.

The confectioner left the location in April because of faltering foot traffic.

Eliaas, however, is undeterred.

"It's a great location," the 43-year-old said. "It's a great space for the concept."

The Upper East Side resident confirmed that the new location will serve the same sweet and savory, Hungarian-inspired dishes as his flagship.

But it will boast 45 seats and an expanded wine selection.

Eliaas will also experiment with adding Belgian waffles to the menu.

The restaurant will be open from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m., he said.

Eliaas hopes to open in approximately two months — but is nonetheless eyeing the next step for his business.

"We are focusing maybe on one or two more locations on the Upper East Side," said Eliaas, a longtime restaurateur who co-owns neighborhood Persian favorites Persepolis and Shalezeh.

And franchising is definitely on the table, he said.

"Our ambition is to expand the concept into many areas," he said. "Eventually that's my goal."
