FORT GREENE — The MTA made a quick fix to the misspelled subway sign at the Hoyt-Schermerhorn Station after DNAinfo pointed it out.

A previous sign spotted at the intersection Thursday left out the second of three "r"s in Schermerhorn, while a larger sign just feet away contained the correct spelling. A new sign was in place by Friday afternoon, the MTA confirmed.

The error was noticed just a day after four misspelled signs were discovered at the 82nd Street Station in Jackson Heights. There, "Roosevelt" instead read "Roosvelt." The MTA installed new, correct signs on Thursday.
