SUNSET PARK — A man who plunged to his death from a Sunset Park building on Wednesday was promised oral sex on his own rooftop, then robbed just minutes before he died, law enforcement sources say.

According to sources, the victim, Robert Reichl, 50, owned the building at 4706 Fourth Ave. and was collecting rent when two women invited to the rooftop for partying and oral sex.

After the group got to the roof — and Reichl's pants were off — two men burst onto the trio and tried to take as much of Reichl's cash as they could grab, sources said. Reichl fought back, and fell from the roof, according to sources.

Cops found Reichl's body with his pants down, sources said.

Authorities arrested three people and charged one of them with murder after the robbery.

Police arrested and charged Ruben Santiago, 23, of Brooklyn, Thursday in Reichl's murder.

Authorities charged Santiago with second-degree murder and two counts of robbery. They also arrested Glennys Reyes, 23, and Randy Ortiz, 24, and charged both with grand larceny.

It was unclear if the second woman would be charged in the case. The criminal investigation is ongoing.
