NEW YORK CITY — A man was shot twice when he defied a would-be mugger inside an East Flatbush car wash earlier this month, cops said.
The victim was inside the Qualimax Car Wash, 1437 Utica Ave., on July 4th when just before noon another man shoved a gun in his face and demanded money, according to the NYPD.
The suspect then squeezed off two rounds when the victim refused to comply, hitting him once in the left ear and again in the left forearm, police said.
The victim was rushed to Kings County Hospital, where he was treated and released, cops said.
