JACKSON HEIGHTS — A 4-year-old girl has been snatched by her biological father after being taken from her mother's custody in a criminal interference on Friday.
Giovanna Beck was with her mom and biological father, 28-year-old Michael Beck, at the Dunkin Donuts at 83-04 Astoria Boulevard at 2 p.m. when Beck asked the girl's mother if he could take Giovanna to the car to give her a present, police said.
He then left the location with Giovanna, in a white Chevy HHR car driven by an unknown female companion, said cops.
Beck, who is from Ohio, had flown into New York that day, cops said. He has red hair, is 5-foot-7 and weights 160 pounds. The female driver of the car is described as a light-skinned white woman with long, dark, straight hair. She was wearing glasses at the time.
