MANHATTAN — Chelsea Clinton's husband has put the couple's Flatiron home on the market, just a couple months after the pair snagged a larger apartment nearby, according to a report.
The three-bedroom apartment at The Grand Madison, a landmarked building at 225 Fifth Ave., was put up for sale for $4.48 million by Clinton's husband Marc Mezvinsky, The Real Deal reported.
The home, which Mezvinsky bought for $4 million in 2008, boasts views of Madison Square Park, along with a marble bath, open kitchen and electronic shades, according to The Real Deal.
Mezvinsky and the former first daughter, who married in 2010, recently paid $10.5 million for a four-bedroom apartment just one block away at The Whitman, 21 E. 26th St.
