QUEENS — Cops arrested the ex-boyfriend of a woman who was found stabbed to death in her Woodside home Tuesday evening, an NYPD spokesman and sources said.

Katherine Seeber, 31, was found with multiple stab wounds to her torso at her home near 55th Street and Northern Boulevard about 5:35 p.m., according to the NYPD.

"You killed my best friend," a friend of the victim's wailed in grief after struggling with a blood-covered Pedro Sanchez, according to a woman who lives across the street. "You killed my best friend."

Sanchez, whom sources said had more than 20 prior arrests including drug possession and theft, was arrested Wednesday afternoon and was charged with murder, criminal possession of a weapon, tampering with evidence and resisting arrest, police said.

The suspect emerged from the house after the attack with a bandage covering his bleeding arm and dragging bags of belongings into the back of a waiting SUV, neighbors said.

A woman and a small dog that was nipping at the man's heels, began following the suspect, according to a neighbor.

"Somebody, please call 911," shouted the woman, who neighbors identified as a friend of the victim.

The woman wrestled with Sanchez as he tried to get into the SUV and scuffled with him as he tried to get inside, the witness said.

Sanchez then circled around the vehicle and was overheard demanding that the driver let him in. When the driver refused, he fled, the neighbor said.

But the woman gave chase and hailed down passing officers, shouting "He stole my phone!" , the Daily News reported.

Cops tackled him and took him into custody.
