PARK SLOPE — A pair of violent robbers punched a man in the face while stealing his iPhone 5 on the 4 train, according to a police report.

The 23-year-old victim was riding on the northbound 4 train on May 17 about 3:50 p.m. When the train pulled into the Grand Army Plaza and Flatbush Avenue station, the two robbers approached the victim, struck him in the face, snatched his phone and ran away, police said.

Other notable crimes in this week's blotter at the 78th Precinct included the following, with details from police reports:

• A Flatbush Avenue boutique owner says a man stole a pair of snazzy sneakers from her store. The owner of Je T'aime shoes says she needed a pair of $1,200 Roberto Guerrini sneakers spruced up for a client, so she gave them to a man who was going to decorate the pricey kicks with rhinestones. The shoe bejeweler never returned the sneakers, the boutique owner told cops.

• A man was exercising on May 12 about 6 p.m. at the YMCA on Ninth Street and Sixth Avenue in Park Slope when someone broke into his locker and stole $130 in cash and credit cards from a pants pocket.

• A 40-year-old woman was arrested after she allegedly stole a purse out of a shopping cart at  Target at 139 Flatbush Ave. Police arrested Evangelyn Rodriguez on May 17 after a 20-year-old woman identified Rodriguez as the person who snatched a tote bag containing a Louis Vuitton wallet and $250 in cash.
