DUMBO — The penthouse apartment in DUMBO's iconic clocktower has been on the market since 2009. But with nary a nibble the price was recently reduced to $18 million, $7 million off the original price.

And now real estate agent Aaron Lemma is hoping that a video — showing an intimate look inside one of the most expensive condos in Brooklyn — will turn some heads.

"People rarely realize that there is a home inside those clocktowers," Lemma says in the video. "What we have is virtually a mansion in the sky."

The video spans the inside of the three-bedroom, three-story condo that boasts mind-blowing views of the Brooklyn and Manhattan Bridges, the Statue of Liberty and beyond.

On the market since 2009, this penthouse apartment has breathtaking views of the East River, the Lower Manhattan skyline, and the Manhattan and Brooklyn Bridges.

Some views are seen through the glass of four 14-foot clocks. It has its own private glass elevator, ceilings ranging from 16 to 50-feet in height and a "sky roof cabana and open deck that showcase views from The Verrazano Bridge to the Empire State Building," according to The Corcoran Group.

And though the condo has attracted glances from Jim Carrey, LeBron James and Jay-Z, realtors have had a hard time unloading the architectural marvel.

"All it takes is for one person to fall in love with it," real estate agents at Kleier Residential told Curbed. "Lots of people have fallen in love with it already but just haven’t been able to afford it."
