MIDTOWN — A gun-toting man allegedly robbed a Midtown Chipotle late last Thursday, forcing one employee to tie up another with zip ties before making off with $6,000, cops said.
The gunman entered the eatery on Park Avenue between 50th and 51st streets about 11:55 p.m. on April 25 and pulled out a silver handgun, demanding money from the safe, police said.
He then allegedly forced one employee to tie up the other one using zip ties before making off with $6,000, cops said.
Neither worker was injured in the robbery, police said.
The alleged robber is described as being six-feet-tall and between 200 and 225 pounds and was last seen wearing black jeans, a black North Face jacket, black hooded sweatshirt, a black winter hat with a white emblem on the front and white gloves with red palms.
