BROOKLYN — Police were searching Monday for four teenagers accused of robbing or trying to rob 15-year-old boys in two Brooklyn subway stations earlier this month.
In the first incident, the four teenagers, ranging from 16 to 17 years old, approached a 15-year-old boy inside the Church Street F station in Kensington at 2:10 p.m. on April 8, police said.
They grabbed the victim, told him they had a knife and took off with his cellphone, police said.
In the second alleged attack, just 25 minutes later, the four young men tried to shake down another 15-year-old boy, this time at the Seventh Avenue F train station in Park Slope, cops said.
Police said the teens took off empty-handed.
Police described the first suspect as 5-foot-8, between 140 and 150 pounds; the second suspect as 5-foot-9 and 145 to 155 pounds; the third suspect as 5-foot-7, between 160 and 165 pounds; and the fourth suspect as 5-foot-10 and 200 pounds.
