Man Arrested in Point-Blank Brooklyn Deli Shooting

PROSPECT-LEFFERTS GARDENS – Police have arrested a man in the point-blank shooting of a 60-year-old victim outside a Brooklyn deli Friday night.

Aamir Price, 21, of Brooklyn, was arrested on charges of attempted murder and criminal possession of a weapon in the Apr. 15 shooting outside a deli service window at at 43 Lincoln Road.

Price and three other friends allegedly followed the 60-year-old victim, whose name was not released by police, up to the deli window where the victim made a purchase and began to walk away.

Price and his alleged co-defendants followed him, shooting him in the head before fleeing, according to police. The victim was taken to Kings County Hospital, where he is listed in critical condition, according to police.

Police released a video of Price and the other suspects, who can be seen milling about outside the deli.
