HELL'S KITCHEN — A domestic dispute led to a massive drug bust in Hell's Kitchen over the weekend, police said Tuesday.

Cops rushed to an apartment at 450 W. 50th St. Saturday after a woman there called 911 to report she'd been "assaulted by her ex-boyfriend and he had a gun," Inspector Timothy Beaudette, commanding officer of the Midtown North Precinct, said at the precinct's monthly community council meeting Tuesday night.

The apartment belonged to the ex-boyfriend, Jason Eberman, 28, and when cops arrived, they spotted a handgun "in plain sight" and some drugs, Beaudette said. Police then obtained a search warrant to search the rest of the apartment.

"There were just a ton of narcotics in there," Beaudette added, including crystal meth, pills and marijuana.

Police also found a loaded handgun stashed under a mattress, and a "high-powered rifle."

"It was definitely an active [drug] spot," Beaudette said. "While we were doing the search, people were coming and knocking on the door."

Eberman, who police said had only one prior arrest for "acting in a manner to injure a child under 17," was charged with criminal possession of drugs with intent to sell and criminal possession of a weapon.
