STATEN ISLAND — The U.S. Small Business Administration will close up their disaster loan outreach centers and business recovery centers in the Far Rockaways and Staten Island at the end of Friday.

Both centers, which opened in November, will close down because of a steady decrease of activity and visits, the SBA said in a release.

The business recovery center at the College of Staten Island, 2800 Victory Blvd., and the business recovery center and disaster loan outreach center at the Queens County Community Church of the Nazarene, 1414 Central Ave., will stay open until 6 p.m. on Friday before closing, the SBA said.

The SBA said survivors can still visit remaining open locations or apply online for disaster loans before the deadlines.

The deadline for physical property damage is March 29, and the deadline for economic injury applications is July 31.
