ROCHDALE VILLAGE — A man received a deep gash to his hand when it got caught in a snow blower on 144th Street, an FDNY spokesman said.

But the man, 44, whose identity was not immediately released, wasn't expected to lose his hand.

The accident happened near 171-04 144th Ave., near Farmers Boulevard, about 12:55 p.m., the FDNY spokesman said.

The man was taken to Jamaica Hospital Medical Center where he was in stable condition.
