BROOKLYN — Tickets are on sale for Tasting Brooklyn, which will feature dozens of eateries, including Brooklyn Soda Works, Williamsburg gastropub Allswell, Elbow Room Brooklyn, Lavender Lake and Robicellis, among others, all based in the borough.

For the food extravaganza, held on April 16 at The Green Building, tickets are priced at $75 for VIP tickets and $50 for general admission.

Over the years, Brooklyn has transformed into a “go-to dining spot," said Sharon Beason, an event producer for Brooklyn Exposed who is organizing the event.

In its third year, Tasting Brooklyn is “a way to enjoy the Brooklyn culinary landscape,” she said.

About 26 participating restaurants will be serving diners at Tasting Brooklyn, with music from DJ Nutritious, according to the event website.

Each of the participants will have their own table and guests can peruse the spacious Green Building in Carroll Gardens. The event in the past has brought in 200 to 250 guests, but Beason expects over 300 diners for this year’s feast to sample dishes and drinks of their choice.

“We really have a slam-down line up,” said Beason.
