NORTHERN MANHATTAN — The Northern Manhattan Arts Alliance will honor Women's History Month in March by presenting the 4th Annual "Women in the Heights — Uptown Celebrations."

The gallery will feature the work of women artists from Washington Heights and Inwood.

Twenty-six contemporary artists — including Susan Bresler, Laura Calhoun, Erica Criss, Elizabeth Lorris Ritter and Tammy Rose — will be highlighted in the gallery.

The gallery, which will begin March 7 to run through April 18 at NoMAA's Cornerstone Center Gallery at 178 Bennett Ave., will also invite the artists in for a talk on March 11.

The gallery will be open 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and by appointment.
