Woman Stripped and Robbed in Her Queens Apartment, Cops Say

ELMHURST — A 69-year-old woman was tied up, stripped of her clothes and robbed by a stranger she found in her home on Valentine's Day, cops said.

The woman, whose identity was not released, entered her Elmhurst apartment about 6:20 p.m. and found a man there who grabbed her, threw her to the ground and tied her up, according to NYPD.

The attacker stripped off her clothes and ran off with her cash and jewelry, police said.

The victim didn't appear to be injured, police said.

Cops described the suspect as in his early 20s, about 5-foot-9 and approximately 150 pounds. He was wearing a dark hoodie, a striped cap and white sneakers.
