MOTT HAVEN — A 20-year-old man was shot in his chest on Alexander Ave. Tuesday morning, according to the FDNY.
The unidentified victim was shot near 340 Alexander Ave., near East 141st Street, about 1:30 a.m., a fire spokesman said.
The man was taken to Lincoln Medical and Mental Health Center, fire said. His injuries don't appear to be life-threatening, cops said.
The circumstances of the incident remain unclear.
