By Ewa Kern-Jedrychowska | November 21, 2012 5:31pm

QUEENS — Starting this week, more than food will be on tap at a Hunters Point supermarket.

Food Cellar at 4-85 47th Road will be selling draft beer — installing nine taps at its cheese section that offe suds from local breweries, including Brooklyn Brewery, KelSo and Sixpoint.

The store has already been offering over 100 bottled beers from various craft breweries, both local and foreign.

“We love craft beer,” said Ovidio Teja, general manager at Food Cellar, who has come up with the idea of selling draft beer at the store. He has also built the section using reclaimed wood from an old barn in Pennsylvania, he said.

A 32-ounce growler will cost between $7.99 and $9.99. For a 64-ounce growler beer lovers will pay between $11.99 and $15.99.

The container — which customers can reuse — will be $4.
