MIDTOWN — Let awards season begin.

The International Emmy Awards were held Monday night at the Hilton in Midtown, kicking off the Big Apple's contributions to entertainment, leading up to the Academy Awards at the end of February.

Actress Jessica Lange presented the International Emmy Founders Award to Ryan Murphy, the creator of the hit series "Glee" and "American Horror Story." Murphy himself presented two special awards — the 40th anniversary Founders Awards to television legends Alan Alda of "M*A*S*H" and "All in the Family" creator Norman Lear.

Also turning out were Bridget Moynahan, Sonia Braga, Regis Philbin, "Gossip Girl" stars Kelly Rutherford and Matthew Settle, and Rachel Taylor of "666 Park Avenue."
