WILLIAMSBURG — A young boy was struck by a car while crossing a residential Williamsburg intersection Friday afternoon, authorities and witnesses said.

The boy, whose age and identity has not been released, was crossing Division and Driggs Avenues just after 1 p.m. when he was struck and taken to New York Hospital, and FDNY spokesman said.

"He's ok, he was taken to the hospital," said the boy's uncle, who asked not to be identified.

His condition was not immediately clear.
