BULLS HEADS — A 56-year-old woman was killed Saturday as she tried to cross Victory Boulevard on foot and a tan vehicle collided with her, police said.
The victim was walking south to north at the corner of Christopher Lane, when she was struck by driver, 54, headed westbound on Victory Boulevard at 6:30 p.m.
The victim was rushe to Richmond University Medical Center, but declared dead on arrival, police said. No criminality was suspected, according to police.
The woman's identity had not yet been released, pending family notification.
