QUEENS — A teen allegedly stabbed her half-brother to death in their Woodhaven home Friday afternoon, according to officials and reports.

Yoearis Diaz, 18, stabbed her sibling, Frank Fortuna, 20, in the neck in the first floor apartment of the building at 89-22 88th St.

He was discovered after a 911 and rushed to Jamaica Hospital where he died, police said.

Diaz was later arrested and charged with first-degree murder.

According to the Daily News, the bloodshed erupted after the pair fought over a cellphone, but Diaz's family said that she had been subject to a torrent of abuse by the victim.

“She just got tired of being abused by him,” said her father, Jose Diaz, the News said.
