NEW YORK CITY — Abby Elliott, who has impersonated MSNBC's Rachel Maddow, Khloé Kardashian and Angelina Jolie on Saturday Night Live, is the latest cast member to leave the sketch-comedy series, according to reports.

After four seasons, Elliott will not appear in the upcoming season of SNL, according to Splitsider, a website that covers the comedy industry and broke the news of her departure. It was unclear why Elliott was leaving the show.

The departure of the 25-year-old comedian comes on the heels of SNL’s top talent, Kristen Wiig and Andy Samberg, ditching the long-running comedy show. Jason Sudeikis, who has been the show’s Mitt Romney impersonator during the election, is also considering an exit, according to USA Today.

Elliott joined SNL in 2008 when she was 21-years-old, following in the footsteps of her father, Chris Elliott, an actor and comedian who appeared on SNL’s 1994-1995 season.
