THE BRONX — A 20-year-old man was shot and killed outside a public housing complex in Longwood late Monday, the NYPD said.

The victim, whose identity has not been released, was shot in the face and back shortly before midnight at 671 Westchester Avenue, just outside the St. Mary's Park Houses, police said.

He was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.

No arrests have been made. The investigation was ongoing.
