MANHATTAN — Lace blouses, skirts and shorts are in style this summer, so DNAinfo.com New York hit the streets to see how Big Apple women are sporting the trend.

Amykah Wiggins, 18, from Canarsie was spotted wearing a black lace shirt in SoHo this week.

"It keeps me cool," she said, "and I like the style."

Upper East Sider Nuz Morshed, 22, agreed that lace is a great way to keep cool and comfortable.

"It's so humid here," said Morshed, wearing an ankle-lenth lace skirt. "I try to avoid material that sticks to me, since you walk around so much."
