STATEN ISLAND — A pair of thieves pried open the back door of an Arden Heights diner and walked out with a cash register early Thursday morning, the NYPD said.
About 2 a.m. Thursday, the two men forced open a metal door at the rear of the Annadale Diner at 813 Annadale Rd., grabbed the register and fled.
One suspect was wearing a gray or light-colored T-shirt, light-colored slacks, black sneakers and a red baseball cap. The second suspect had black hair and was wearing a light-colored T-shirt, dark pants and white sneakers.
