HARLEM — A veteran Parks Department employee was arrested for exposing himself to a teenage boy inside a car parked in Central Harlem Friday morning, authorities said.

Kaceen Jordan, 35, was busted about 7:15 a.m. at the corner of East 123rd Street and Madison Avenue for exposing himself to a 15-year-old boy while sitting in the driver's seat of a 2005 Audi, police said.

The relationship between Jordan and the boy was not immediately clear, cops said.

Jordan was hired at the Parks Department in 2004 and worked for Partnership for Parks in the Queens borough office, an agency spokeswoman said. His duties did not include working with children, she added.

Jordan is charged with public lewdness, unlawful dealing with a child, and acting in a manner injurious to a child under the age of 17, police said.
