Police Hunting Suspect for Raping Teen in Queens

QUEENS — Cops are hunting a man who raped a 19-year-old woman in Richmond Hill late Sunday night, the NYPD said.

The suspect grabbed the victim from behind about 11 p.m. near 89th Avenue between 102nd and 104th streets, forced her behind a house and sexually assaulted her, police said.

The man is described as 25 and 35 years old, standing 5-foot-5 to 5-foot-7, and weighing 190 to 210 pounds, cops said. He had spiked hair and was wearing cargo shorts and a tank top featuring characters from the show "Family Guy," police said.

Police released a video of a man they believe is the suspect on Wednesday night, which was taped shortly after the crime occurred.
