MANHATTAN — The Lower East Side’s beloved Hester Street Fair is launching a nighttime sister market on Sixth Avenue between 29th and 30th streets.

"Hester Street Nights" will fill the courtyard of the Eventi hotel each Thursday night starting May 31 and lasting through Oct. 25, bringing together food from a variety of local eateries, including Williamsburg’s comfort food haven Pies ‘n’ Thighs and the Lower East Side’s Little Muenster Super Fancy Grilled Cheeses.

The market will remain open from 4 to 9 p.m.

"Giving these food artisans the opportunity to enter a new market and reach a wider audience is a dream," SuChin Pak, co-creator of the Hester Street Fair, said in a statement. "We know that this new venue will help our vendors grow their businesses and customer base, making more fans along the way."

The mix of vendors on Sixth Avenue will include staples of the Lower East Side street fair, which kicked off its third season back in April, as well as new additions.

The lineup also includes Jersey City-based food truck La Sonrisa, which will serve up empanadas, and Purple Yam, of Ditmas Park, Brooklyn, which will offer noodles, dumplings, pancakes and rolls.

For dessert, visitors can sample macarons from the Macaron Parlour and ice-cream cookie sandwiches from Melt Bakery — both Hester Street Fair regulars.

Hester Street Nights debuts on May 31 at 4 p.m. in the courtyard of the Eventi hotel, located at 851 Sixth Ave. The night market will be held every Thursday through Oct. 25.
