JAMAICA — A man was shot to death in Queens just minutes before noon on Sunday, FDNY officials said.

Rescuers responded to a call at 11:56 a.m. from 107-19 171st Pl. in Jamaica, to find a 21-year-old man who had been shot to the head.

Rescuers pronounced the victim dead at the scene.

Identification of the victim is pending family notification.

It was not clear what sparked the shooting.
