Woman Disappears from Chinatown

MANHATTAN — Police are searching for a woman who vanished from a Chinatown building on Saturday.

Nhung Vuong, 61, who does not speak English, disappeared from 128 Mott St., near Grand Street, on March 31 at 7:30 p.m., police said.

It was not immediately clear what she was doing there.

Vuong, who lives in the Financial District, is described as 5-foot-2 and 115 pounds with short, curly black hair and dark eyes.
