MANHATTAN — Cops arrested the man suspected of fondling an 11-year-old girl inside a Gramercy Dunkin’ Donuts earlier this month.

Kerry Abrams, 54, of Second Avenue in the East Village, was nabbed Wednesday and charged with sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child, police said.

The attack occurred at 361 E. 21st St. about 11:30 a.m. on March 7, when Abrams approached the girl and told her she was "pretty" before reaching inside her shirt and fondling her, according to the criminal complaint.

The man's address is home to a residence operated by Lifespire, an organization that provides services to people with developmental disabilities.

Abrams' attorney said at his arraignment Thursday that the alleged attacker has a mental disability.

A woman who lives at Abrams' address and said she was his sister described the alleged groper as a good-natured person.

“He’s a nice guy," said Cheryl Abrams, 44. "He likes to watch TV and stuff like that.”

A person answering the phone at the address declined to comment.

Abrams is currently being held on $40,000 bail.
