Fire Breaks Out on Richardson Street in Williamsburg

WILLIAMSBURG — A fire broke out at a residential building on Richardson Street Saturday morning, leaving one with minor injuries, authorities said.

Emergency crews were called to the scene of blaze, on the first floor of 144 Richardson St. between Graham and Manhattan avenues, about 8:54 a.m., the FDNY said.

One person was treated for minor injuries at the scene and released, fire officials said. The blaze was brought under control at 9:20 a.m., officials added.

It was not immediately clear what sparked the blaze.
