QUEENS — A gasoline truck crashed on the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway Wednesday, spilling fuel onto the roadway and closing off lanes to traffic, authorities said.

Emergency crews were called to the scene of the three-car wreck, which occurred on the BQE’s Brooklyn-bound lanes at the Astoria Boulevard exit, at 1:24 p.m., the FDNY said.

The spill forced police to close portions of the BQE, a service road off the expressway, and parts of the westbound lanes of the Grand Central Parkway, the NYPD said.

There were no immediate reports of injuries in the incident. Department of Sanitation and HazMat officials were on scene, sources added.
