MANHATTAN — The Lo-lights became the highlights.

Troubled starlet Lindsay Lohan spoofed her wealth of legal troubles in her return to "Saturday Night Live" — the "Mean Girls" star's first turn hosting the sketch comedy show in six years.

Lohan took to the stage for her opening monologue sporting bleached blond hair and a form-fitting blue dress.

When she tried to walk off the front of the stage to get closer to the audience, an alarm went off and a red light flashed.

"Wait, so the alarm goes off if I leave the stage?" she asked. "I thought it was only if I left the studio."

"SNL" cast member Kenan Thompson tells the "Herbie Fully Loaded" actress that he misses her beautiful eyes and then check them like a cop.

Lohan is also greeted by comedienne Kristen Wig, who pats her down, but then insists "I'm a lesbian now."

"Been there, done that," quipped Lohan, who last hosted the show in 2006.

The Long Island native has faced a raft of legal troubles in recent years, from DUI convictions to jail stints to probation violations.

Lohan hosted "SNL" for three years straight beginning in 2004.

White Stripes frontman Jack White was the musical guest.
