Lindsay Lohan Set to Host 'Saturday Night Live'

MANHATTAN — Lindsay Lohan was set to host 'Saturday Night Live' Saturday as the troubled starlet continues to rehab her image.

It's the fourth time Lohan, 25, has been tapped to host the show, which will feature musical guest Jack White. A California judge allowed Lohan to leave the state to perform on the show.

TONIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Lohan tweeted early Saturday.

Lohan's appearance comes after a much-publicized spread in Playboy and several run-ins with the law out in California. She planned to poke fun at herself, and even sing, during her opening monologue, TMZ reported.

Fox News reported that Lohan might play Newt Gingrich's wife, Calista, during one of the skits.

The former "Mean Girls" star is trying to recover from years of turmoil including arrests for drunk driving and shoplifting. The SNL appearance is the latest in a series designed to help her rehab her image.

"I could see where it could be scary for people to invest in me," Lohan told Matt Lauer in a recent interview. "And I don't want people to have that reason to be scared anymore."
