MANHATTAN SUPREME COURT — A former nightclub owner who was charged with assaulting and harassing the Prince of Monaco at a trendy Meatpacking District club two weeks ago is now calling for charges against the alleged victims in the alcohol-fueled fracas.

Adam Hock, 47, and his lawyer met with prosecutors on Monday and claim that Prince Pierre Casiraghi and his pals started the fight with him at The Double Seven on Gansevoort Street in the early hours of Feb. 12.

Hock's attorney, Salvatore Strazzullo, claims the 24-year-old royal and grandson of Grace Kelly along with his entourage, including Paris Hilton's ex-boyfriend Stavros Niarchos III and two other people, attacked Hock first. They were given special treatment when police declined to arrest them after the dust-up, Strazzullo said.

"[Hock] was the victim of these four individuals," Strazzullo told reporters after the meeting, as he and Hock got into a black Mercedes.

Strazzullo said three to six witnesses were expected to corroborate "the truth," which he said was that the prince and his entourage went after Hock, who was at another table with two models and a married couple.

The fight was allegedly sparked when Casiraghi and his friends walked over to the table Hock was at with several models and started to insult the group and drink from their bottle of vodka, Hock's lawyer charges.

"Just becuase you're a prince you're not immune from being [the] aggressor," the lawyer said.

Hock attacked all four men, punching Casiraghi in the face, leaving him with a laceration on his cheek and causing "bruising, swelling, redness and substantial pain," according to court papers.

The prince was reportedly taken to New York Hospital and released later that day. A spokeswoman for Casiraghi and his crew reportedly said Hock was the instigator.
