BROOKLYN — A man was shot in the leg in Bedford-Stuyvesant Wednesday afternoon, authorities said.

Emergency crews arrived at the scene of the shooting at 1065 Bedford Ave., near Lexington Avenue, about 12:04 p.m., the FDNY said.

The injured man was taken the Kings County Hospital, but the extent of his injuries was not immediately clear, officials said.

Police said that the victim had been shot by an unknown man wearing a black jacket.

No arrests have been made, and an investigation is ongoing.
