Jerome Avenue Crash Leaves Two Critical

BRONX — Three men were hurt — including two critically — in a horrific crash in the Bedford Park section Sunday morning, authorities said.

Police said that a Chevy Impala traveling north on Jerome Avenue smashed into a pillar near Van Cortlandt Avenue just after 6 a.m.

The 22-year-old driver and a 28-year-old passenger were taken to St. Barnabas Hospital in critical condition.

Another 22-year-old man was rushed to Jacobi Hospital and listed in stable condition.
