QUEENS — A woman in her 20s was shot and seriously injured in a Rockaway Park apartment Monday afternoon, fire officials said.
The unidentified victim was shot in her leg and face just after 1:30 p.m. at the Bay Towers Co Apartments at 320 Beach 100th St.
She was taken to Jamaica Hospital in serious condition, officials said.
The police did not immediately have information on the incident.
